Each year, in the fall, the club hosts an RC Scale Boat regatta.  Our Regatta features:

It is open to Radio Controlled scale boat models- powered by sail, steam, or electric motors.  (No internal combustion engines allowed.) 
Scale Judging in multiple classes (see last year's results for a typical list)
A challenging on-the water Navigation Course to run your model through- with challenges based on the size of the model.
Models may be entered in the scale judging, the Nav Course, or both.  
Raffle prizes!
Lunch for contestants and regatta officials

The 2007 Regatta will be on Saturday, September 15, at Silver Lake in Wilmington, MA, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.    (The rain date is Sunday, Sept. 16.)

Last  year's regatta was held on September 9, 2006. 

The Regatta features classes for both scale judging and on-the-water operation.
